Career, Technical, and Science Education
The Career, Technical, and Science Education (CTSE) program is designed to train experienced, skilled craftspeople to teach their trades to others. CTSE houses the Business Marketing Education program, which prepares students to become business educators.

Elementary Education, Literacy and Educational Leadership
The Elementary Education, Literacy and Educational Leadership (EELEL) department prepares graduates to teach in elementary schools through a broad-based content education, in-depth study of a given discipline, and a professional sequence of courses on how to teach (pedagogy).

Exceptional Education
The Exceptional Education (EXE) department prepares graduates to educate students who have special instructional needs including students who have disabilities traditionally associated with physical and neurological impairments, developmental disabilities, and learning and behavioral difficulties.

Higher Education Administration and Adult Education
Higher Education Administration (HEA) develops leaders in higher education and student affairs who are exceptional scholars and practitioners with knowledge, skills, competencies, and an ethic of care needed for sound professional practice. Adult Education (ADE) prepares graduates for careers in adult education and human resource development. The degree program combines a sound theoretical base with practical experiences, including an internship.

International Graduate Programs for Educators
The Office of International Graduate Programs for Educators (IGPE) is responsible for the master of science program in Multidisciplinary Studies as well as professional development for educators working at American/International Schools. Courses are delivered for international educators through a combined approach of on-site/on-line instruction.

Social and Psychological Foundations of Education
The Social and Psychological Foundations of Education (SPFE) department prepares graduates for professional and academic careers in a wide variety of fields. Social and Psychological Foundations of Education Areas include: Historical, Philosophical, Psychological, and Sociological.
